Through Magic (Part I)

A little orphan fairy
Crept away from certain doom
No more to be constrained
To bathe in the light of the full moon

As she walked on through the night
She heard a child wailing woe
He couldn't walk, he couldn't run
So he would have nowhere to go

Full of love for the dreams in him
And wanting to be needed too
She used her magic to heal his pain
Knowing he'd never have a clue

But in giving what she got
Was the smile when morning came
And he sent a prayer up to God
For the angel who had healed his pain

Lying so underneath a tree
She was found by a gentleman
Who enchanted by the little thing
Took her in as sister to his son

Imagine her surprise when she learnt
The healer was saved by the healed
Keeping her delight to herself
She didn't let her feelings be revealed
