Station Square Part II

How confused were the beggars
When she walked among their midst
Struggling to spot a familiar face
Struggling to catch a glimpse of him

No one remembered the little boy
Heartbroken she wandered back to her four walls
The loneliness came shattering down upon her
There was only emptiness in it all

Wiping her tears she prepared for the meeting
Endorsement of a cosmetics brand
When she entered the head office
She saw him sitting a table away

She longed to shout, she longed to question
But it seemed he recognized her not
Cold voice, cold face, cold eyes, all formal
It seemed she wasn't the only one who had forgot

Station Square Part I

Twas just the two of them
In a lowly begging hovel
Covered in sweat, dirt and grime
Everyday a survival struggle

Tricks from pickpockets
Emotions from the begging rich
The station square was learning ground
As much as it was to kismet a pitch

Till one day a producer came
Who spotted the diamond beneath the coal
Made an offer none could have refused
To the girl if she would take the role

Life changed for the tot then
What color her world did get
As kismet gave her fame and success
Her childhood friend she did forget

Stopping at the station now
She wonders what happened to him
Selfish to the core, now guilty
Where could her search for him begin?

The Bella and The Rogue

She lifted her fan to her face
And blushed her winning smile
The gentlemen rushed to her side
They formed a crowd in the aisle

Her beauty that of the fairest pearl
Her voice like merry nightingale
As she scanned the room she found
A dark handsome unmoved male

She slanted her gaze to assess
Such an anomaly and to her whim
She walked of her own accord
And asked the next dance of him

As they danced she asked his name
And it was then she discovered
This irresistible rogue
Was the friend to whom she'd promised forever

'I've never forgotten you'
She smiled as he broke down and said
'I've tried time and again
But I could never get you out of my head'

And so the song came to a close
And we shall leave these two to find
That when a bella meets a rogue
Sometimes she finds a love divine

Blazon's Court

In Blazon's court there grew a girl
Tall and proud and fair
As by a fence a young boy drew
Enchanted by her hair
As she danced and drew him out
From his solitary cove
In the hands of fate a friendship grew
That blossomed into love
Twas the thorns that men hath made
That drew the two apart
Her string tied to another kite
As dictated by the stars
Through life and worlds they roamed about
Led by time and destiny
Till once more they met wisened
Experience had set them free
White the hair on their heads
But the easel gleamed a page anew
Souls took refuge at last
In the music of their hearts

Skull, Crossbones And a Bottle O' Rum- Tales From the World of A Pirate

Twas a dark stormy night
On the All Hallow's eve
That Viktor Groth steered his ship
Through the black tides of sea

From whence the storm
Had laid its seige
None had a hint or clue
Tis they new for sure
They'd be dead
Till the new morn was due

Afraid to lose his ship
Unwilling to lose the loot
Viktor called on the devil
'I shall make a tryst with you'

And so he lived to tell the tale
He lived to tell many more
The Devil's messenger on this earth
Fear of anyone who dared to row

Even the sirens turned their tails
He was cold to the warmth of love
What he preyed on- human hearts
Though anything human he'd long forgot

He lived with the ghosts
They formed his crew
And anyone foolish soon realized
Anyone who messes
With Viktor's crew
Is the one who surely dies

And then the day dawned anew
When Viktor saw Gail Remington
And at once remebered all
Their love when they were young

He cried out as her ship came near
For here was the ultimate test
He had to torture and to kill
The one he'd always loved best

As she was tied and brought onboard
His heart lurched at the memory
Sweet caresses, sweeter kisses
One fateful night at sea

So he proceeded with the knife
To scar what he had always cared about
But instead he cut his chest
And pulled his own beating heart out

'Take this and be happy'
He shouted for the world to hear
As he fell to his knees, fell into the sea
And disappeared

For lo my friend and tis the truth
A man can be the devil himself
But in the end wat one would do for love
Can wake the devil himself from hell

S, C & aBoR- Captain Diana Jamieson

Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum
I got me dagger and me gun
Woe to the man who dares to come
Near this woman
I'll shoot him in the bum!

Twas a man with an ego so large
There was no place for the ship in the barge
The new age ones call him an mcp
Well he tried to get the better of me
And before he knew it he went through it
And found his ass in the deep blue sea

A love lorn fool came up and said
'If I don't have thy love, you'll find me dead'
I asked him then
'Do you want to do it yourself
Or shall i shoot you instead?'
For I have no patience
For the light in the head

And on the rival ship stood so proud a man
The captain such a lofty man
He laughed when he saw me a female captain
And laughed at my crew
At every woman- following man
I could have easily blown the ship
And that I did do immediately after
I shot his pants buttons with my gun
And they fell down to rollicking laughter

Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum
I dare ye laddies, dare one come
For we ladies can't be outdone
Definitely not when we've got
Our bottle of rum ;-)

Ravage to Fire- Leave the past

He whispered in your ear he loves you
He whispered in your ear he cares
He whispered in your ear he loves you
And you turned around and he wasn’t there

So you held the flame and burnt the paper
You kissed the memory goodbye
But it still feels like he wants to haunt you
That he wants to stay right by your side

So kiss me now and leave me breathless
Leave the past far behind
And run into these open arms- they’re waiting
As he slips back into your mind

So you held the flame and burnt the paper
You kissed the memory goodbye
But it still feels like he wants to haunt you
That he wants to stay right by your side

It’s me who loves you,
It’s me who cries
It’s me who wonders
If you’ll ever realize…

So kiss me now and leave me breathless
Leave the past far behind
And run into these open arms- they’re waiting
As he slips back into your mind

Universe

He looked at her and she felt beautiful
He smiled at her and she got high
He got down on one knee and her mind spun
As he asked her 'will you dance with me?'

He held her hand and she felt infinite
He brought her close and he brought her home
Silver angels of notes guided them
He looked into her eyes and he gave her the universe to view

For The Love of Lucifer

'Who are you?' She trembled
As she felt his presence draw near
'I am the one who loves you
There is no need for fear.'

'I feel like I've met you before
Tell me how can that be?'
'We were meant to be together angel
From genesis to eternity.'

'Don't you remember my Father's home
My brothers and the games we played
Don't you remember the fight we had
How things could never be the same?'

'I should be angry that you left
I've taken the anger out on this world
But now I've seen you I can do naught but love you
You are the one who can save me girl'

She was transported back in time
And then she understood
The devil, he had no evil
Only a heart that broke and shook

She felt the connection surge
And all her doubts fell away
She nodded as he took her hand
'I'm ready, you may show me the way'

And the heavens opened up
To swallow them in white fleece
As her heart shook with the love she felt
The world lit up with peace

'You have my love' she said
He answered 'Darling, you've saved my life.'
As heaven erupted to thunderous applause
For the Devil had brought Home his wife.

My Heart Is Already Given (Part II)

The Prince woke up in the dreams
Of the girl he knew he loved
He was trapped within her mind
Only to dream but not to love

He lingered there till the day
When like all she passed away
Alone, helpless, broken hearted
He walked a man with no fate

Picking up the soft clouds, he thought
Of his palace all huge and grand
Lo behold! It appeared before him
The sapphire seas and emerald lands

Walking further, he discovered a pool
Whose waters were clear and cool
He reached for a sip
And found he couldn't see himself

Instead he saw fantastic pictures
As if snatched out of a dream
As he took a palmful of water
It turned into a sunlight beam

Fascinated, he sat right there
Watching dreams all the time
Till one day he saw a dream
That reminded him of the girl he'd left behind

'Who are you?' he asked in wonder
As he ran his hand through its sparkling stream
The will so great, he pulled himself in
And he landed into my dream

Many years have passed since I first met him
Through dreams he's taught me what love can be
He took my heart before I knew it could be taken
He's given the gift of his love to me

You think this is merely a poem, a fantasy
But He is my life, this is my confession
I cannot love you even though you love me
I fear my heart is already given

Burning Building Part I

The smell overpowered Jannat- like a gas, fishy and suffocating, the smoke entered her lungs and grabbed hold of them forcing all the air out. The curtains were already alight in angry orange tongues. Papers were burning, the small windows she’d told her boss would not be good in a fire emergency were proving her point. They were already clogged with smoke. She tried to make it for the door but the flame reached her skirt and its pleat caught fire. There she was burning and watching the building go up in flame- ‘I must get out’ and as she finally got her hand on the knob, she felt blackness swiftly coming…

Freakin' Fairytale (Song)

I'm as free as one can ever be

I'm just free, I'm not for sale

I don't care 'bout the diamonds you're flashing me

I just want a freakin' fairytale

I want damn Prince Charming

To climb out of a book

To walk to my doorstep

Just like he knows that he should

He'll carry no flowers

He'll carry no sword

He'll just sweep me away

Within his kingdom of words

I'm as free as one can ever be

I'm just free, I'm not for sale

I don't care 'bout the diamonds you're flashing me

I just want a freakin' fairytale

There we'll meet the merry guards of phrase

Quote will keep wishing we all did as she says

Loopy clauses shall show us the way

Adverb will sit with his paunch on display

Adjective will run after pretty little noun

Object and subject will both clown around

In pretty frocks, letters will dance

And so i shall have the grandest romance

I'm as free as one can ever be

I'm just free, I'm not for sale

I don't care 'bout the diamonds you're flashing me

I just want a freakin' fairytale

My Heart Is Already Given (Part I)

Once upon a time a princess
Stepped upon a poisonous snake
It hissed and darted tongue
As a guard pushed her out of the way

He struck it through with sword
Till snake was merely sheath
A bone chilling cry rent the air
The ground split open from beneath

Hideous voice emanated from smoke
'My sweet would not have hurt a fly,
He was my love in serpentine form,
As I have cried, so you shall cry.'

This cruel hex the girl recalled
As her lips touched those of her sweet
They had exchanged wedding vows
Now, he was merely ashes at her feet

Broken down, she didn't notice
As the crowd made its way toward her
The rebels cried for their beloved Prince
As the King rushed to save his daughter

Flawed

Exposed to my eyes
Every inch of your insecurity
You turn away awaiting
Embarrassed
How could you feel so?
When you're with me

I care not for perfection
Its you I see
You as you are
Whom I choose to have

My love is not blind
It is unconditional
As long as you are mine
My friend, my love
What more need I ask for?
